Consumers (B2C)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be:

• Unused

• Uninstalled

• In original, unopened packaging

Due to the nature of electrical components and spare parts, items that have been opened, installed, or used are not eligible for return, unless they are defective.

Business Customers (B2B)

For business customers, returns are accepted only if agreed in writing or in case of defective products.

Custom-ordered, installed, or used parts are non-returnable.

Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
